How to Add Custom Art to TV - Frame, Hisense & TCL TVs - Instructions | She-Print
Digital art is perfectly formatted in a high-resolution 3840 x 2160 pixel (16:9 aspect ratio) format. It is fully compatible with all major smart art televisions.
Below are the step-by-step instructions for uploading your new artwork to the most popular Art TV models.
Uploading to SAMSUNG The Frame
1. SAVE THE ART: Download the artwork file directly to your smartphone’s camera roll.
2. OPEN SMARTTHINGS: Ensure your phone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, then open the Samsung SmartThings app.
3. SELECT ART MODE: Select your TV device -> tap on Art Mode.
4. ADD PHOTOS: Tap Add Your Photos (or My Collection), choose the downloaded artwork from your phone, select "No Mat", and hit Save to The Frame.
Uploading to HISENSE CanvasTV
Your Hisense TV uses an instant, on-screen QR code system for seamless mobile uploads.
1. SAVE THE ART: Download your purchased 4K image directly to your smartphone's photo library.
2. OPEN ART MODE: On your Hisense TV, open the Art Mode home menu.
3. TRIGGER THE QR CODE: Navigate to Photo Collections -> My Photos -> click the (+) Add icon -> select Mobile Upload.
4. SCAN & SEND: Scan the unique QR code that appears on your TV screen using your smartphone's camera. Follow the secure on-screen browser link to select the artwork from your phone's gallery and upload it instantly to your TV.
Uploading to TCL NXTFRAME
1. SAVE THE ART: Download the high-resolution artwork directly to your smartphone's gallery.
2. OPEN TCL HOME: Make sure your mobile device and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network, then launch the TCL Home app.
3. UPLOAD CANVAS: Navigate to your TV control panel -> choose the Art/Gallery Mode setting -> select Upload Custom Photo. Choose the artwork from your gallery to display it.
UNIVERSAL ALTERNATIVE: The USB Method
(Works for Hisense, Samsung, TCL, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV)
If you prefer not to use a smartphone app, you can use any standard USB thumb drive:
1. FORMAT THE DRIVE: Ensure your USB flash drive is formatted to FAT32 or exFAT.
2. COPY THE FILE: Drag and drop the downloaded 3840x2160px JPEG artwork file onto the USB drive.
3. PLUG & IMPORT: Insert the USB into the One Connect Box or the back/side port of your TV.
4. SELECT USB: Navigate to the TV's Art menu, select My Collection / Photos, choose the USB drive option, and select your artwork to save it directly to the TV’s internal memory.
